Following our visit we will share best practise and ideas, all of which will have a positive impact on employees and the catering providers guests.
Together we would plan an anonymous scheduled visit to your location during which we will rate the overall experience which your employees encounter on a daily basis. This will include everything, from the initial arrival at the HLO lounge, breakfast, lunch, dinner, tab nabs, accommodation, recreation areas, compliancy to contract and KPI’s. On completion we will provide you with a detailed debriefing report which highlights the positives and areas which could benefit from improvements.
