Offshore Visit

We all know that the hospitality plays a major factor (both for wellbeing and safety) onboard any offshore installation, but do you get the best possible service? Is the current food trends and cooking techniques applied onboard your units? Gone are the days where you and your employees would expect nothing but the best, and that is where we come in.

       

Why not consider a “mystery guest” visit? With more then 25 years experience in 5 star cruise ship + hotel operation, with the last 5 years in the offshore industry my team of qualified inspectors and I believe that we will be able to identify areas which would/could enhance the service currently provided onboard your offshore units. These areas vary from initial reception check in to cleanliness of accommodation, quality of food preparation/presentation + scoop of service in line with contract.

 

At the end of the visit our inspectors will indentify themselves so the Campboss and OIM will have the opportunity to engage with the inspector on a general consultancy basis to advise on various topics such as service standard, refurbishment and standard operating procedures.
